有一種味道帶著悠久的歷史一直飄香至今,這鍋肉骨茶的故事一切都要從1982年的中南區說起.當年老爸與叔叔在一個機緣巧合下學会了做油條的手藝。用了七年的时间大哥从交油条给附近驰名泉香肉骨茶到拜师学艺成功,把油條与肉骨茶组合在一起就好像半熟蛋一定要配烤面包,都是不可或缺的重要靈魂之一。
打拼了7年後,大哥在友力花园7-11门口路边开的油条档口正對面经营第一家肉骨茶,取名叫油條.朋友.肉骨茶,當時身為家中二妹的我也就顺理成章开始接触了肉骨茶,想起當年一份肉骨茶只是販賣兩塊八,而當時一條油條也只賣两角錢,時光飛逝到現在還是那麽的記憶猶新。
The story of December Bakuteh originated from one humble market located at Jalan Tiong Nam in 1982. Back then, the lady boss’s father and eldest brother learned how to make Char Kuey from her uncle. After two years, they started second stall selling Char Kuey in front of the 7-11 convenience store at Taman Yulek. Out of curiosity, the eldest brother learned the recipe of Bakuteh and the way of cooking it from the well-known Quan Xiang Bakuteh Restaurant nearby the Jalan Tiong Nam stall.
After 7 years of working hard at the Char Kuey stall, the eldest brother finally gained confidence on starting his own Bakuteh stall. The Bakuteh stall was located just the opposite of the family-owned Char Kuey stall. This is where and when the lady boss started her Bakuteh career.
Just like dipping toasted bread in half-boiled egg, Char Kuey and Bakuteh are inseparable. The two are always complimenting each other. Both stalls were favored by the local residents because of the perfectly matched duo. The well-cooked Bakuteh and freshly-fried Char Kuey were a great success during that time.

As a family member, the lady boss started to help the eldest brother to manage the stall, this is where the lady boss be in touch with Bakuteh.

第一次尝试创业是在位于吉隆玻甲洞,租了一个档口开始,因为生意不好六个月后就结业了。
The lady boss started her own Bakuteh career with a rented stall based in Kepong Kuala Lumpur. Failed and closed after six months of operation.

第二次再次出发,在吉隆玻新潮茶室租档开业,同年立百病毒导致食客对猪肉避之为上,尽管生意不错也只能再次结业。
Closed down again due to lack of diners confidence caused by Nipah Virus in Malaysia although business making profit before that.
1999
December Bakuteh Named
Third Try
1999年开始人生转捩点,第三次创业的老板娘以响亮的声音和亲切的笑容,所卖的肉骨茶开始受到食客的追捧,有些时候从5点开卖到7-8点就卖完了,有时常客所喜欢的肉类老板娘都会记得,还没点餐就帮你下单了。值得一提的是老板娘在两次的十月怀胎,都是挺着大肚子直到最后一个星期临盘才去医院报到。
With the lady boss loud and passionate laughter, freshly cooked delicious Bakuteh, over whelming demand from the diners made this stall become famous with only 4 hours of operating time. One of the memorable moment was that tha lady boss worked until the last week to give birth of their second daughter and youngest son. Imagined that with pregnant women preparing pots of Bakuteh, take orders, chopping meat and collect money all by herself. Business hour sometimes as short as 2-3 hours while stock running out.

Kopitiam main tenant need to transfer new tenant and ask to leave, we decided to shift to kopitiam next door

2015 茶室东主将生意转售他人,在没办法之下只能再次搬迁,停业两个月。
Again main tenant sell their business to new tenant, we shift again. Stop business for 2 months and find new location.

2015年,“十二月肉骨茶”正式从小档口搬到了第一家位于首都镇的店面,从一个人煮,切,点菜,结账的方式到了小规模的团队。
After 14 days renovation, the place transformed from a food massage shop to a restaurant. From one-woman show to a small team.

Started December 2020 and facing Covid-19 pandemic, challenge start again........
